Anforderungen

  • •University degree or equivalent experience
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
  • •Experience in project management and change management
  • •Mastery of working with diverse audiences
  • •Affinity for problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • •Enthusiasm for working in a diverse team
  • •Excellent command of English and German
  • •Previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • •Curiosity for insurance and financial services
  • •3 years of actuarial experience preferred
  • •Experience in Actuarial Pricing or Reinsurance Management is an advantage
  • •Proficiency in Excel required; SQL and Python/R/VBA beneficial
  • •Familiarity with migration activities is a plus
  • •Professional Actuary Certification required
  • •International experience or speaking German is a plus
  • •Genuine interest in Information Technology and GenAI
