Anforderungen
- •Experience in an analytical role for business data analysis
- •Experience in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting
- •Experience in an in-house role within an Enterprise
- •Good knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications
- •Experience with implementing RPA and/or BI Tools
- •Knowledge of Python and/or SQL
- •Experience in collaborating with IT teams
- •Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement
- •Experience in deploying improvement measures
- •Experience in training users/process owners
- •Experience in planning and managing project scopes
- •Experience in managing multiple projects
- •Experience in leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem
- •Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- •Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain
- •Understanding of strategic transformation initiatives
- •Ideally expertise in one or more industries
- •Ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends
- •Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program

- •Translate customers' objectives into value assessments
- •Build specific Celonis business cases and demos
- •Run value workshops with senior stakeholders
- •Engage with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver results
- •Partner with the Celonis Sales Team for the value journey
- •Drive measurable business impact across various processes
- •Accelerate platform adoption with partners and Celonis Services
- •Identify and frame customers' strategic priorities into use cases
- •Build demos using industry benchmarks and best practices
- •Conduct Value Assessments and communicate value opportunities
- •Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancements
- •Derive improvement measures and initiate change initiatives
- •Present results and realized value to senior management
- •Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- •Create a strategic expansion roadmap for customers
- •Provide feedback to product development for platform enhancements
