Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent experience
- •2-3 years of firsthand experience in core insurance with focus on claims operations and management or consultancy with focus on claims (P&C or L&H)
- •Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and tools
- •Solid experience in project management
- •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
- •Well-developed presentation, facilitation and conflict management skills
- •Fluency in written and spoken English mandatory, German is a clear plus
- •First experience in change management, quality management, integration and reorganization
- •Understanding of business process design, mapping, analysis, mining and re-engineering
- •Fundamentals of business case design
- •International work experience (min. 6 months)
- •Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
