Anforderungen
- •At least 7 years of experience in corporate/group finance
- •Qualified accountant with strong background in IFRS, Accounting, and Consolidation
- •Solid knowledge of Hyperion and HFM (Onestream an advantage)
- •Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Business fluent in English, any further European language is an asset
- •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity of financial information
- •Excellent communication skills with ability to structure thoughts and derive action plans
- •Team and hands-on working style; good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable

- •Collaborate with global finance and business teams
- •Coordinate group management accounting and reporting
- •Lead the monthly accounting close process
- •Review affiliate submissions and analyze financial trends
- •Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
- •Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling
- •Administer HFM as part of the closing process
- •Update HFM structure to meet reporting needs
- •Assist in implementing the new consolidation system
- •Contribute to the quarterly consolidation process per IFRS standards
- •Collect and analyze quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries
- •Manage balance sheet reviews
- •Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and local GAAP
- •Support conversion to IFRS
- •Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
- •Drive recommendations to enhance reporting capabilities
- •Stay updated with the latest IFRS standards
- •Initiate process improvements and streamline reporting procedures
- •Participate in updating the group's accounting procedures
- •Assist and train subsidiaries on proper application of procedures
- •Update reporting procedures based on ongoing projects
