Anforderungen
- •Customer facing mindset
- •High proficiency in customer communication and presentation
- •Ability to work in smaller teams and independently
- •Capability to efficiently execute operational and preparatory activities
- •Strong team player
- •5+ years of customer facing experience
- •Expertise of technical operational aspects of SAP solutions in a cloud environment
- •Good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- •Understanding of data center capabilities like high availability or disaster recovery
- •Good understanding of the entire platform stack (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks)
- •Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies)
- •Cybersecurity & compliance expertise is an advantage
- •Self-sufficient worker and strong team player
- •Affinity to technical topics and willingness to learn
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Expected travel: 0 - 50%
- •Travel: 0 - 50%
- •Functional proficiency in English required for positions based in Quebec
