Anforderungen

•Medical degree (MD) with valid license to practice
•Board certification in hemato-oncology preferred
•Strong medical and scientific background in hemato-oncology
•Proven experience in clinical trial design, execution, and supervision
•Experience with regulatory submissions (MAA/BLA) and scientific publications
•Industry experience in Pharma/Biotech in global clinical development
•Highly organized and detail-oriented
•Proactive with ownership and decision-making abilities
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•Commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and scientific integrity

Deine Aufgaben

•Lead the design and implementation of clinical trial protocols
•Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
•Provide medical supervision of ongoing trials
•Collaborate with Clinical Operations and vendor Medical Monitors
•Support protocol amendments as needed
•Review and analyze clinical trial data
•Contribute to Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) and regulatory documentation
•Support the development of scientific publications and presentations
•Serve as a medical and scientific interface to stakeholders, including KOLs
•Ensure regulatory compliance and provide medical guidance on safety and adverse events
•Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submission packages
•Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of clinical programs
•Foster a culture of scientific excellence and accountability
