- •Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives

- •University degree in mathematics, business administration, or related field

- •Identify and pursue opportunities across Swiss Re’s strategic pillars
- •Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
- •Support complex client engagements
- •Represent Swiss Re at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
- •Act as a brand ambassador for Swiss Re
