Anforderungen
- •Minimum 10 years of experience in Configuration Management
- •Proven experience working in multi-partner consortium environments
- •Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- •Proficiency with PLM/CM tools (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, DOORS)
- •Mastering negotiation skills
- •Problem-identifying and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Dependable and autonomous
- •Can do attitude and confidence to work outside own comfort zone
- •Excellence in cooperation across multiple functions

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and implement the Configuration Management Plan (CMP)
- •Establish configuration management policies, procedures, and tools
- •Ensure alignment with the Product Assurance framework
- •Develop and maintain configuration identification and item structures
- •Chair the Configuration Control Board (CCB)
- •Manage the lifecycle of configuration changes
- •Ensure configuration integrity and traceability of design data
- •Control evolution of baselines and maintain documentation coherence
- •Support engineering teams in assessing configuration impacts
- •Establish and maintain the Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) system
- •Maintain configuration records and change logs
- •Manage PLM/CM tools usage across consortium entities
- •Produce configuration status and audit reports for stakeholders
- •Coordinate CM activities across consortium members and stakeholders
- •Ensure harmonization of CM practices across segments
- •Provide CM guidance and process oversight to partners
- •Support major reviews and ensure documentation accuracy
