Anforderungen

•University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or equivalent qualification
•At least 7 years of experience in change management or project management
•Experience within the healthcare environment
•Experience with upskilling and training initiatives
•Strong communication and facilitation skills
•High level of social competence and ability to manage resistance
•Ability to guide and influence teams to achieve program goals
•Willingness to travel internationally
•Manage rapid technology shifts and continuous improvement
•Fluency in English and any other languages welcome

•Develop and execute change processes and roadmaps
•Define objectives, milestones, and KPIs for transformation
•Identify training needs for various stakeholder groups

•Drive leadership alignment for change management initiatives
•Prepare a clear communication strategy for capability building
•Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication strategies
•Create a compelling change story to convey purpose and benefits
•Ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders
•Align with Enablement, HR, and IT to define skill needs
