Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or equivalent qualification
- •At least 7 years of experience in change management or project management
- •Experience within the healthcare environment
- •Experience with upskilling and training initiatives
- •Strong communication and facilitation skills
- •High level of social competence and ability to manage resistance
- •Ability to guide and influence teams to achieve program goals
- •Willingness to travel internationally
- •Manage rapid technology shifts and continuous improvement
- •Fluency in English and any other languages welcome
