## Senior Category Manager – Vitamins and Enzymes (all genders) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Berlin --- ##### Your role We are looking for an experienced **Senior Category Manager – Vitamins and Enzymes** to drive our product development initiatives within the dynamic global supplement market. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end process of creating and enhancing innovative supplement products — from initial concept through to successful market launch. * Own and manage the Vitamins & Enzymes category, driving growth through innovative product development and portfolio optimization – from start to finish! * Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to bring new products from concept to market launch * Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the global supplement space * Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities * Collaborate closely with eCommerce and digital marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning in online FMCG channels * Monitor product performance post-launch, recommending enhancements and lifecycle strategies * Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements for dietary supplements ##### Your profile * Proven experience (5+ years) in Category Management or Product Development within the dietary / food supplements, nutraceuticals, or broader FMCG sector * Deep knowledge of vitamins & enzymes and related health & wellness products * Strong understanding of the online retail environment and digital consumer behavior – retail experience is a plus! * Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution as well as excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills * Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies * Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements ##### What we offer * An appealing discount on all of our products – from essential oils to vitamins & nutrients * We offer 28 days of paid time off per year plus up to 5 days off between Christmas and New Year * The Urban Sports Club membership, Swapfiets bike rental and a subsidy for the BVG ticket * A healthy balance is important to us: we offer a hybrid work model and 'workation' * Receive various discounts of up to more than 50 percent on attractive brands such as Flaconi, Bosch, Apple or Expedia * You will be given real ownership and plenty of room for new initiatives, as well as the opportunity to contribute your expertise and implement your great ideas * Inviting office spaces with access to plenty of organic teas and superfoods from around the world * We like to celebrate each other!
