We are seeking a results-driven **Senior Business Development Manager** to lead growth initiatives for our PPC/PDC and Chain Segment. This is a remote role open to candidates based **anywhere in Europe**.
**Areas of Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute BD Rowa’s EMEA strategy for PDC, PPC and Chains to achieve profitable growth
* Work with all Regions to integrate their objectives, product requirements, as well as go-to-market strategy
* Provide guidance and leadership to the sales partners in the markets to ensure effective execution of the strategy
* Own the shadow P&L of our PPC and PDC business
* Connect with representatives of our platforms to develop a unified vision
* Collaborate with the product development team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market feedback and customer needs.
* Coordinate with Marketing team to develop plans and support execution of campaigns
* Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform business unit strategy and decision-making.
* Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement in our product and service offerings.
* Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business unit performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and financial results
**Your Profile**
* Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing or related; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
* 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership roles within medical device, healthcare or personal care environment
* Proven experience managing professional and retail/chain channels across EMEA. Experience leading PDC and PPC preferred
* Strong track record of delivering regional revenue growth, commercial execution, strategic thinking and key account leadership
* Strong financial acumen and experience with revenue forecasts and pricing strategies
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to analyze complex data sets: market trends, pricing, regulatory guidelines and more
* Experience working in matrix organizations collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Reg Affairs and Supply Chain teams
* Willingness to travel within EMEA
* Familiar with CRM tools such as SalesForce
* Proficient in English
