**Your Responsibilities**
As our new Senior Business Development Executive - EMEA, you will play an important role in driving RepRisk’s sales and market penetration in EMEA - with particular market coverage for France, Iberia, Belgium, Luxembourg, and with potential for coverage of other markets depending on language skills, experience and geographical exposure. You will be focusing on securing key logos across primary client segments such as banks, investment management, insurance, and non-financial corporates. You will be part of our global Business Development Department under the Commercial Division and will be reporting to the Associate Director, Business Development, Lead EMEA, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
* Collaborate with the Lead EMEA to develop and implement the sales strategy, achieve or exceed the market specific sales targets.
* Continuously prospect and build a sustained pipeline of accounts to drive RepRisk’s sales in your markets across core client segments and target names.
* Research and analyse client needs, recommending RepRisk solutions and articulating value propositions to meet those needs.
* Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals, quotes, and presentations; respond to client RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with the sales Operations team.
* Negotiate contracts and work closely with product, research, marketing, client relationship management, and legal teams to secure new client acquisitions.
* Perform product demonstrations and represent RepRisk at events and industry engagements.
* Maintain Salesforce with timely updates and accurate reports of activities, sales intelligence, pipeline maintenance, and product feedback.
* Travel regularly to meet prospects and attend conferences or events.
* Identify and propose initiatives to support and drive business growth in assigned markets or segments.
* Contribute as needed as the voice of the customer to cross-functional projects or initiatives with other business units (Products, Research, Marketing, Operations, Client Account Management, Partnerships).
## Qualifications
**You Offer**
* Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: business, commerce, finance, marketing, economics.
* Minimum 5+ years in b2b data solution or software sales, business development, account management or similar role working with financial institutions and/or corporate clients, demonstrating proven results.
* Full professional fluency in French and English, other languages such as Spanish, Arabic and German is a plus
* Expertise in managing complex sales and procurement processes.
* Analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution.
* Skilled presenter, excelling in client pitches and product demos.
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
* Expertise in data sales and negotiation, managing the full sales lifecycle.
* Technical acumen experience to understand client jargon and requirements, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders such as IT and Product Teams
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
* Good familiarity with alternative data and the ESG/sustainability space is highly preferred.
