* Develop and manage a robust **sales pipeline**, from initial contact to final contract negotiation,
* Provide critical field insights (market trends, technological shifts, competitor activity) to support internal teams (quotation, marketing, product),
* Represent LACROIX at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences,
* Collaborate closely with the **VP of Business Development** to align with company-wide strategic goals,
* Onboard and grow new customer accounts that match our predefined qualification criteria (market, plant capability),
## Qualifications
**The profile we are looking for will have :**
* **Mandatory and substantial experience** in the EMS industry (minimum 5 years),
* Strong track record in **B2B business development**, ideally in an international context,
* Expertise in selling **tailor-made solutions and complex services**,
* Proven ability to manage long and intricate sales cycles while maintaining strategic relationships,
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
* Fluent in English; French is a plus,
* Proficiency with tools such as **Salesforce** and Microsoft Office 365,
