- •Experience in Life Sciences
- •Good understanding and interest in pharmaceutical R&D
- •Good understanding of R&D value chain and Veeva’s platforms
- •Good understanding of digital technology in health and life sciences
- •Proven analytical skills
- •Problem-solving mindset
- •Demonstrated leadership skills
- •Highly efficient project management skills
- •Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- •Strong personal impact and ability to influence stakeholders
- •Effective communication skills in English and local language
- •Post-graduate-level qualification, Ph.D., MD, or MBA
- •Network in Top 20 Life Science companies
- •Experience with digital technologies
- •Experience working with SaaS solutions
- •Fluency in additional European languages
- •Legally authorized to be employed in the EU and UK
