- •Serve as lead consultant on implementation projects
- •Perform hands-on duties during all phases of ITS implementation
- •Act as the primary contact for client consultation and advice

- •Gather and document business requirements and configuration designs
- •Create test plans and document results as required
- •Keep line manager and project managers updated on responsibilities
- •Follow documentation standards and resolution processes
- •Maintain full chargeability on assigned client accounts
- •Liaise with product management to share industry developments
