**Senior Brand Manager Retail Marketing Europe (m/f/d)**
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the rollout of shop-in-shop, partner retail and soft shop formats by managing the entire process from concept to execution
* Ensure brand consistency, timely delivery and budget adherence
* Close cooperation with internal teams, e.g. Sales and Brand, as well as key stakeholders
* Oversee external agencies and take full ownership of budgets to ensure cost-efficient high-quality results
* Drive continuous improvement by integrating sustainable design practices, staying ahead of retail trends and developing innovative, consumer-centric solutions
* Provide regular updates to senior management to ensure strategic alignment
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the lifestyle or fashion industry
* High expertise in production and working with wholesale partners, incl. strong network of agencies
* Team-first mindset with a collaborative approach to work cross-functional
* Excellent communication skills in English with the confidence to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels - other languages are a plus
* Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results
* Extensive MS Office competencies
* Willingness to travel across Europe
