# Senior Battery Cell Design Expert Simulation (all genders)
**Your role and key responsibilities**
* Holistic modelling of battery cells in order to support cell development, with a focus on production processes with regard to cell design.
* Analyzing data from various sources (from electrical experiments to production data) and conception and implementation of physical and data-driven models.
* Development and maintenance of code projects.
* Developing, implementing and supporting strategic projects and partnerships.
* Interpretation & evaluation of data and presentation of results.
* Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal development teams and external partners.
**What you bring to the team**
* Several years of experience in the battery industry, particularly with battery cells. In-depth knowledge in the field of lithium-ion batteries, especially with regard to production, cell design and modeling.
* Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in chemistry, materials science, physics, computer science, mathematics, engineering or a comparable qualification.
* Excellent communication and interdisciplinary organizational skills.
* Relevant experience in data analysis. Good programming skills (e.g. MATLAB, Python, C/C++, R or similar), and experience in programming of user interfaces (e.g. with flask), and experience in software development in team (using e.g. git, svn, or similar).
* Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
* Business fluent English language skills for our international team.
