Our solutions are cloud-first with a strong emphasis on modern DevOps, performance, and modular design. **Your key tasks** * **Turn banking needs into scalable tech**: Analyze business requirements and architect modular backend solutions. * **Build cloud-native services**: Develop, test, and deploy backend components for cloud-centric banking applications. * **Drive performance and quality**: Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD to ensure high availability and maintainability. * **Shape engineering culture**: Promote DevOps principles, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers. * **Collaborate across domains**: Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end value. ## Qualifications * **Deep banking domain knowledge**, with expertise in at least one key area (e.g., investment performance, booking engines, taxation, trading, or corporate actions). * **Proven backend engineering experience**, ideally in a high-stakes, regulated environment. * **Strong proficiency in TypeScript** and related backend technologies. * **Hands-on cloud experience** including infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices. * Experience with **microservices**, **event-driven architectures**, and **API-first development**. **It would be a real bonus if you have** * Experience with modular banking platforms or coreless architectures. * Passion for building high-performing SaaS platforms. * Contributions to open-source or technical communities **Ready to Innovate?** If you're entrepreneurial, collaborative, and passionate about building modern financial services, we’d love to hear from you.
