Anforderungen
- •Comfort with Go (Golang)
- •API design (GraphQL and/or REST)
- •Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- •Experience with BigQuery and other NoSQL databases
- •Knowledge of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
- •Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab pipelines preferred)
- •Cloud infrastructure mindset (GCP or other providers)
- •Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)
- •Experience with testing (unit and/or integration)
- •Experience with Kubernetes
- •Working experience with Python
- •Exposure to Protobuf and Grpc
- •Ability to work independently without needing perfect specifications
- •Ownership of complex features and systems
- •Ability to make informed architectural decisions and explain trade-offs
- •Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- •Proactive problem identification and solution proposal
- •Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- •Raising the overall quality bar of the team through example and reviews

- •Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Go
- •Build and evolve APIs (GraphQL and/or REST) for complex product workflows
- •Create scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend architectures
- •Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, data engineers, and designers
- •Contribute to data modeling, business logic, and performance optimization
- •Perform code reviews and engage in architectural discussions
- •Enhance code quality, testing strategies, observability, and system resilience
- •Refactor code and address technical debt for long-term improvements
- •Take ownership of backend features from design to production
- •Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
