Anforderungen

  • •Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and core modules
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST, and SOAP APIs
  • •Skilled in connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
  • •Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles
  • •Skilled at diagnosing issues and identifying root causes
  • •Ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior developers
  • •ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • •Good written and spoken business English
  • •Team player with a positive mindset

  • •Drive the ServiceNow implementation program
  • •Configure workflows and manage custom development on the platform
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • •Transition requirements into scalable and secure solutions
  • •Develop and maintain the ServiceNow environment
  • •Serve as the in-house Subject Matter Expert
  • •Identify integration and automation opportunities using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
  • •Document the current environment and keep articles updated
  • •Mentor colleagues through in-role training
  • •Ensure service availability and functionality according to SLAs
