Anforderungen
- •Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and core modules
- •Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST, and SOAP APIs
- •Skilled in connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
- •Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles
- •Skilled at diagnosing issues and identifying root causes
- •Ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior developers
- •ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required
- •Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- •Good written and spoken business English
- •Team player with a positive mindset

- •Drive the ServiceNow implementation program
- •Configure workflows and manage custom development on the platform

- •Serve as the in-house Subject Matter Expert
- •Identify integration and automation opportunities using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- •Document the current environment and keep articles updated
