As our **Senior Analyst – Autoship and Loyalty Programs**, you’ll turn customer data into sharp insights that shape strategy, boost retention, and drive growth. Working across Loyalty marketing, and data science, your impact will be felt across the business — and across Europe.

**What You’ll Do**
**Drive Autoship and Loyalty Strategy with Data**
* Analyze customer behavior, retention trends, and loyalty program performance across markets.
* Identify key growth levers and make data-backed recommendations that influence long-term strategy with regard to program adoption and customer retention.
* Support decision-making for senior stakeholders by translating insights into clear, actionable business narratives.
**Optimize Campaigns & Customer Engagement**
* Own campaign performance analytics — from setup to post-analysis—measuring impact, ROI, and customer uplift.
* Define KPIs and benchmarks for initiatives to track success and ensure we’re investing where it matters most.
* Collaborate with Loyalty and marketing teams to analyze customer engagement and propose options to enhance interaction with our customers.
**Build Tools That Scale Insight**
* Design and maintain smart dashboards and visual reports (Tableau, Power BI) for teams across Europe.
* Enable faster, better decisions by transforming complex datasets into clear, digestible formats.
* Ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of analytics across functions.
**Be a Commercial & Analytical Thought Partner**
* Bring a business-first mindset to every analysis—align insights with revenue, growth, and customer value goals.
* Act as a sparring partner for marketing and commercial leaders—challenging assumptions and championing data-driven thinking.
* Act as the loyalty data insights expert, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
## Qualifications
* Degree in analytics, business, or related field.
* Strong SQL and data viz skills (Tableau, Power BI).
* Deep understanding of retention, loyalty KPIs & customer lifecycle.
* Bonus: Python and experience with CRM/engagement platforms.
