Senior AI Researcher(m/w/x)

As a Senior AI Researcher, you will focus on innovating algorithms and enhancing foundation models. You will collaborate with a diverse team to tackle real-world challenges while mentoring junior scientists and contributing to the broader research community.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years of experience addressing complex AI challenges
• •Expertise in self-supervised learning, natural language processing, multi-modal modeling, reinforcement learning, or explainable deep learning
• •Proven ability to apply advanced scientific methods
• •Proficiency in Python and at least one major deep-learning framework
• •Solid understanding of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, tools, and end-to-end system deployment
• •PhD in machine learning, computer science, or a related field
• •Willingness to relocate to Heidelberg, Germany, or come to the Heidelberg office regularly
• •Demonstrated leadership in pioneering research
• •Experience training and deploying large-scale machine learning models
• •Fluency in writing scientific documentation and proposals
• •Strong public speaking skills in scientific contexts
• •Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
