Anforderungen
- •Knowledge of EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA
- •Experience with regulatory examinations and audit processes
- •Familiarity with AI ethics and algorithmic accountability
- •Practical experience with AI governance tools
- •Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business processes
- •Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
- •Understanding of financial services business models and risk appetite
- •Advanced degree in Law, Risk Management, or Computer Science
- •Several years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance roles
- •Demonstrated delivery of governance frameworks in complex organizations
- •Familiarity with agile practices and change management

- •Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, and banking requirements
- •Design and apply AI risk assessment methods and compliance processes
- •Establish governance standards for AI initiatives
- •Build and maintain model registries and use-case catalogues
- •Create risk matrices and governance documentation for reuse
- •Manage the AI Committee (AICO) and facilitate cross-functional working groups
- •Coordinate with internal audit, regulatory affairs, and external auditors
- •Support audit readiness and follow up on findings
- •Assess the impact of emerging AI technologies on governance
- •Adapt controls or processes as needed
- •Engage with external partners, regulators, and industry groups
