Anforderungen
- •Advanced accounting qualification or equivalent
- •10+ years experience in accounting, payroll, consolidation
- •Knowledge of Swiss accounting, payroll, insurance, tax
- •Experience with Abacus, Yokoy, and BI tools
- •Structured, accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented
- •Strong communication in German and English
- •High integrity, discretion, and ownership mentality

- •Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- •Execute month-end and year-end closing processes
- •Perform reconciliations and financial analysis
- •Monitor liquidity and execute payment transactions
- •Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance
- •Process expenses and corporate cards
- •Calculate sales commissions for payroll
- •Support audits and tax authority collaborations
- •Prepare intercompany transactions and calculations
- •Perform financial consolidation and tax bookings
- •Manage end-to-end Swiss payroll and social insurances
- •Handle annual declarations and statutory filings
- •Coordinate employee payroll changes with HR
- •Administer finance systems and user access rights
- •Implement finance and payroll process improvements
- •Optimize Excel-based reporting and data accuracy
- •Contribute to Power BI and reporting projects
