Anforderungen

  • Experienced sales professional
  • 10-15+ years of direct Large Accounts sales experience
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of high performance and hunter sales mentality
  • Strong knowledge of German Large Accounts B2B market
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to multi-task
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Manage the TeamViewer VLE German market
  • Win new VLE accounts and grow existing business
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new project opportunities
  • Create key account plans to address customer needs
  • Apply tactical and strategic go-to-market models
  • Drive customer growth and retention for higher revenues
  • Build partnerships with senior leadership and key decision-makers
  • Establish new business relationships from scratch
  • Promote the TeamViewer/Enterprise brand at industry events
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to generate opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles to close new business
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Support forecasting processes and pipeline analysis
  • Validate data and identify gaps for action
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions
