Anforderungen
- •Security Clearance or eligibility for Security Clearance
- •5 years experience in cybersecurity
- •3–5 years in OT/ICS security
- •Completed degree in computer science, business, or business informatics
- •Strong understanding of KRITIS and IT-Sicherheitskataloges requirements
- •Knowledge in IT & Operational Technologies (OT)
- •Familiarity with industry standards IEC62443, NIST SP 800-82
- •Strong analytical thinking skills
- •High focus on results and services
- •At least 3 years experience in Business Continuity Management
- •Excellent skills in reporting and engaging with top management
- •Influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- •Certified ISO27001 Implementer and Auditor
- •Certified in CISSP and/or GICSSP
- •ITIL or COBIT exposure advantageous
- •ICS/OT engineering experience essential
- •Deep understanding of SCADA, PLC’s, and plant control environments
- •Excellent understanding of priorities between OT and IT

Deine Aufgaben
- •Implement and enforce OT security policies and standards
- •Manage compliance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIS/CAF Regulations
- •Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits of OT systems
- •Act as the primary liaison with BSI and BNetzA for compliance reporting
- •Represent the company at industry meetings and working groups
- •Identify and manage OT security risks, escalating to management as needed
- •Provide assurance on OT security posture to senior stakeholders
- •Develop and track OT security KPIs and metrics for leadership
- •Support deployment of OT security controls across wind and solar sites
- •Conduct technical compliance checks and coordinate penetration testing
- •Guide incident response and disaster recovery plans for OT
- •Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for security by design
- •Serve as a trusted advisor for OT security in the region
- •Communicate OT security risks and compliance status to stakeholders
- •Influence site personnel and management to implement security controls
- •Promote a culture of security awareness across operational sites
