Anforderungen
- •Specialist for Security and Protection FSB-EF or five years of equivalent experience in the security sector
- •Fire Protection Specialist EF or CFPA
- •SPQ radiation protection SUVA
- •Occupational safety in SMEs EKAS/SUVA
- •Emergency Responder IVR Level 2 (BLS/AED)
- •Several years of experience in the operation of security systems
- •Several years of experience in the management of security personnel
- •Experience in the planning and implementation of security concepts
- •Experience as a bodyguard is an advantage
- •Good knowledge of MS Office
- •Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
- •Physical and mental resilience
- •Strong security and service thinking
- •Reliable, exact and discreet
- •Communicative, team player, good manners
- •Flexibility to work up to two days remotely per week within Switzerland

- •Ensure functionality of security systems, including CCTV and access control
- •Implement internal physical security and health safety requirements
- •Supervise operational management of security guards
- •Create and maintain work instructions and guidelines
- •Conduct physical security controls
- •Plan and implement event security measures
- •Train security guards and deputies
- •Define and review evacuation concepts
- •Ensure compliance with fire protection regulations
- •Document functionality of fire protection components
- •Oversee sprinkler maintenance tasks and documentation
- •Manage internal emergency organization and training
- •Instruct employees and visitors on incident procedures
- •Act as the first point of contact for external security organizations
