Deine Aufgaben
- •Plan and organize Learning Groups for individual needs
- •Facilitate multisensory teaching techniques to enhance student skills
- •Create and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- •Report and review student progress regularly
- •Teach students in both francophone and Anglophone sections
- •Communicate student needs promptly to parents, teachers, and pastoral heads
- •Complete relevant documents accurately for target setting and reviews
- •Maintain accurate records of student progress and referrals
- •Deliver instruction to Cooperative Learning Groups
- •Develop structured, cumulative, and multisensory lessons
- •Utilize appropriate resources and instructional strategies for lessons
- •Provide differentiated instruction based on individual achievement levels
- •Deliver instruction to Personal Learning Classes
- •Adapt syllabus content to meet student needs
- •Implement a classroom management system that promotes success
- •Assist teachers with effective classroom strategies
- •Conduct classroom observations and evaluations as needed
- •Consult with teachers about specific students upon request
- •Offer classroom management suggestions for identified students
- •Advise Boarding House staff on academic issues with boarders
- •Lead professional development workshops for staff
- •Comply with all school regulations and policies
- •Stay current in learning differences and disabilities through training
- •Model respectful interactions with students and staff
- •Review new admission files and recommend support as needed
- •Meet with potential families considering applications for students with learning challenges
- •Support the Head of Student Support Services as required
- •Summarize assessment results for Individual Education Plans annually
- •Follow organizational structure to resolve issues and concerns
