This is an opportunity where you’ll have the chance to make a global impact by supporting the reliable operation of access systems, including our latest technology. # What You’ll Do * **Technical Support**: Provide expert support for development teams, subsidiaries, and partners worldwide, ensuring seamless access management solutions. * **Incident Solving:** Analyze and resolve technical challenges to ensure the continuous and smooth operation of customer installations. * **Problem Management:** Identify, analyse and prepare bugs so development teams can go further with root cause analysis and bug fixing * **Knowledge Management:** Share your knowledge by conducting technical training sessions (online and face-to-face) and maintaining our knowledge database. * **Global Collaboration:** Work closely with our 27 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partners, helping uphold internal standards and processes (e.g., problem-solving, operational level agreements, on-call duties). * **System Optimization:** Leverage your technical expertise to support both standard and customer-specific solutions, mainly through remote support. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2,471.00 gross per month on a full-time basis.
