# What You’ll Do
* **Technical Support**: Provide expert support for development teams, subsidiaries, and partners worldwide, ensuring seamless access management solutions.
* **Incident Solving:** Analyze and resolve technical challenges to ensure the continuous and smooth operation of customer installations.
* **Problem Management:** Identify, analyse and prepare bugs so development teams can go further with root cause analysis and bug fixing
* **Knowledge Management:** Share your knowledge by conducting technical training sessions (online and face-to-face) and maintaining our knowledge database.
* **Global Collaboration:** Work closely with our 27 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partners, helping uphold internal standards and processes (e.g., problem-solving, operational level agreements, on-call duties).
* **System Optimization:** Leverage your technical expertise to support both standard and customer-specific solutions, mainly through remote support.

# YOUR PROFILE
* A **completed technical education**, such as an apprenticeship, HTL, or FH, providing a solid foundation in system engineering or a related field.
* At least **2 years** of professional **experience** in system engineering or a similar role.
* Knowledge of **Windows OS, Linux, SQL** Server databases, and **networking**.
* Experience in working with **cloud services**
* Interest and experience with **hardware components** (e.g., boards, firmware).
* Experience with **VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.**
* You enjoy solving **complex technical challenges** and have a deep understanding of system architecture.
* You thrive in a **collaborative environment** and are excited about sharing knowledge and learning from others.

## Your Place of work

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2,471.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
