SEC Reporting Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will manage the preparation and filing of SEC reports while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, preparing financial statements, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• •Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant or corresponding professional experience
• •3+ years of related experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit
• •Public accounting and/or corporate accounting in global company helpful
• •Public-company financial reporting experience
• •Knowledge of SEC’s Forms 10-K/20-F, 10-Q and 8-K/6-K, MD&A, footnote disclosure rules a plus
• •Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• •IFRS accounting knowledge, with a focus on disclosure requirements
• •Self-motivated and comfortable with independent problem solving
• •Ability to interface with and develop consensus among multiple constituencies
• •Experience working with auditors and resolving disclosure-related comments
• •Strong leadership and organizational skills
• •XBRL knowledge helpful
• •Microsoft Office proficiency
• •Hands-on experience with Workiva or similar SEC reporting platforms beneficial
• •English (fluent in both verbal and written)
• •German helpful
