Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- •Ideally CPA, CA, or corresponding experience
- •3+ years related accounting or audit experience
- •Helpful public or corporate accounting experience
- •Public-company financial reporting experience
- •Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- •IFRS accounting knowledge and disclosure requirements
- •Self-motivation and independent problem solving
- •Ability to interface and develop consensus
- •Experience working with auditors
- •Strong leadership and organizational skills
- •XBRL knowledge (helpful)
- •Microsoft Office proficiency
- •Beneficial Workiva or SEC platform experience
- •Fluent verbal and written English
- •German language skills (helpful)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage all SEC-required filings and reports
- •Support the resolution of SEC comment letters
- •Ensure compliance with SEC and SOX regulations
- •Oversee the XBRL tagging process
- •Review supporting documents for SEC filings
- •Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures
- •Draft Management’s Discussion & Analysis sections
- •Research and document new IFRS standards
- •Maintain the Wdesk internal reporting tool
- •Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
- •Collaborate with Treasury, Legal, and Investor Relations
- •Advise leadership on regulatory and accounting issues
- •Assist in preparing bond issuance prospectuses
- •Participate in financial due-diligence processes
