**Your contribution:**
* Coach teams in agile practices and serve as the guardian of Scrum principles.
* Lead Scrum ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the backlog and ensure clear, prioritized user stories.
* Monitor agile metrics (e.g., Burndown charts) and remove impediments to maintain team focus and velocity.
* Foster effective cross-team communication and alignment with business objectives.
**What you bring along:**
* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* First experience as a SCRUM Master or in a similar agile role.
* A solid understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, demonstrating a proven ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
* Experience in technology-driven environments; a background in AI is highly desirable.
