Anforderungen
- •4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- •Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- •Strong technical background
- •Experience in large organizations with multiple stakeholders
- •Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts
- •Higher education (university degree or equivalent)
- •Experience in Kanban, XP, DevOps
- •Proactive, independent, and solution-focused working style
- •Open-minded personality and teamwork skills
- •Passion for Agility
- •Experience with Scaled Agile approaches (LeSS or SAFe) beneficial
- •Motivation to design next steps towards DevOps
- •Proficient Business English
- •French language skills are a major plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assist the Scrum Team in defining, refining, and managing the Sprint Backlog
- •Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Retrospectives
- •Coach the team on Agile Values and Principles in a motivating manner
- •Help teams identify and remove impediments
- •Ensure the backlog is kept up-to-date
- •Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized Product Backlog
- •Define sprint goals and ensure team commitment; analyze root causes for missed goals
- •Drive continuous improvement for team members, processes, and products
- •Define and track DORA metrics
- •Support the team in planned experiments and the application of empiricism
- •Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance Scrum effectiveness across the organization
