- •5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in financial services
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, or related field
- •Solid understanding of Front Arena environment management
- •Knowledge of equity derivatives, structured products, and end-to-end trading flows
- •Understanding of market data, trading platforms, and risk systems
