Are you ready to take ownership of spare parts planning in a dynamic and cross-functional environment? As **SCM Spare Part Planning Manager**, you will oversee all spare part segments within CTO and B2B, ensuring transparency, efficient reporting, and optimized tooling. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business unit stakeholders to develop and refine RMA flows and processes, while applying strong stakeholder management skills to drive continuous improvement.
**YOUR CHALLENGE:**
* Manage all Spare Part Areas for CTO and B2B
* Define optimal and safe stock targets
* Active Stakeholder Management with BUs on Spare Part needs
* Review and optimize all flows and processes related to Spare Parts including RMAs and RMA related tools
* Coordinate with Sustainability Manager on obsolete stock to respect Sustainability guidelines
* Define KPIs for Spare Part Management
* Enable Feedback cycles with related BUs including surveys on performance and quality
