Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or pharmaceutical-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry with specific warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
  • On-site presence required
  • Understanding of cGMP regulations related to QA Warehouse operations
  • Previous experience in GMP production and warehouse environments
  • Understanding of statistical tools and analysis
  • Experience in inventory management systems (e.g., EWM, SAP)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Provide quality oversight of warehouse operations
  • Manage quality functions and guide incoming material technicians
  • Advise on non-conformance investigations and change control proposals
  • Support procedures and commissioning activities in Warehouse operations
  • Assist with goods receipt and sampling of raw materials and GMP supplies
  • Oversee outbound shipping processes and quality aspects
  • Manage quality-related matters with third-party logistics partners
  • Practice safety behaviors with proper PPE and lifting techniques
  • Document incoming inspections according to procedures and specifications
  • Guide incoming technicians at the warehouse
  • Coach and mentor support personnel
  • Assess and triage deviations in the warehouse area
  • Collaborate with Lilly support groups and external partners on shipping issues
  • Participate in self-led inspections and support regulatory inspections
  • Ensure compliance in external warehouse functions
  • Quarantine materials not meeting specifications per local procedures
  • Evaluate damaged materials in inbound shipments and determine acceptability
  • Assess temperature excursions on received shipments
  • Identify and resolve issues with shipments, such as incorrect quantities
  • Perform transactions in SAP to reflect material status accurately
  • Initiate complaints to suppliers for materials not meeting expectations
  • Participate in investigations regarding materials or service complaints
  • Author and revise procedures and material specifications as needed
  • Support material-related Supplier Change Notifications
  • Assist in regulatory inspections as required
