Anforderungen

•MSc in a scientific discipline with experience in vaccines or biologics drug product development
•Strong expertise in formulation, filling, freeze-drying and process optimization
•Hands-on experience in experimental design and troubleshooting
•Excellent communication skills in German and English
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•Hands-on mentality with lab activities to run experiments
•Experience in bioanalytical methods, live-virus vaccines, tech transfer, or cGMP manufacturing

Deine Aufgaben

•Design, execute, and evaluate experiments in the Drug Product Lab
•Focus on formulation, filling, lyophilization, and capping
•Collaborate with MS&T, CMC, QA, QC, and manufacturing teams
•Support process improvements and troubleshooting
•Manage lifecycle of drug product processes
•Identify and analyze limitations or issues during experiments
•Propose solutions and prepare technical reports
•Use scale-down models for process characterization
•Optimize processes with standardized methods
•Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards
•Support lab operations with procurement and inventory management
•Introduce new technologies to the lab
•Assist in deviation investigations and continuous improvement projects
