Anforderungen

  • •M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
  • •At least 5 years of hands-on experience in LC/MS analytics
  • •Deep understanding of metabolomics in plant, soil and/or rhizosphere systems
  • •Experience with large-scale data processing
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • •Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic research environment
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Operate and maintain the LC/MS system (UHPLC-Orbitrap)
  • •Optimize sample preparation and analytical conditions
  • •Enhance data processing workflows for metabolite analyses
  • •Support metabolomics projects from sample intake to reporting
  • •Perform data acquisition and processing using software tools
  • •Interpret data accurately and effectively
  • •Coordinate daily work of a technician in the metabolomics lab
  • •Ensure accurate documentation of protocols and measurements
  • •Advise stakeholders on metabolomic approaches and solutions
