Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities:** * Designs, plans and execution scientific concepts to defend and grow the skin actives and vitamins portfolio * Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to provide multiple level R&D support * Lead R&D projects within the biology applied science group of Beauty and Care * Generates new scientific data packages for the claim substantiation of our product portfolio (skin actives, hair actives, vitamins) * Designs, coordinates and executes scientific studies of in vitro biology and in vivo efficacy to achieve aligned product claims.
