Anforderungen
- •PhD in Computational Biology, Protein Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related discipline
- •Expert-level understanding of protein and antibody structure–function relationships
- •Strong hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning
- •Proven ability to work at application and implementation levels
- •Advanced programming expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks
- •Strong scientific track record with first-author publications
- •Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- •Experience with molecular dynamics simulations is a plus

- •Apply Machine Learning methods to complex research questions in Large Molecule Drug Discovery
- •Develop and implement generative models to predict protein structure and function

- •Facilitate collaboration between experimental scientists and computational experts
- •Contribute to scientific innovation through publications and presentations
