Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or equivalent in natural sciences, data science, bioinformatics, computer science, public health, law/technology, or related field
- •Demonstrated experience in science and project management, research administration, regulatory affairs, legal management, and data governance
- •Experience with bioinformatics, research data management, or handling sensitive human or clinical data
- •Understanding of GDPR requirements and practical experience in implementing GDPR-compliant processes
- •Proven project management skills; certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, or experience with agile methodologies
- •Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary and international environment
- •Independent, structured, and proactive working style with motivation for continuous development
- •Very good command of English and German at B2 level or higher
- •High proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used project management or collaboration tools

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support scientific project management for GHGA
- •Manage grants and collaborations
- •Assist with general administrative tasks
- •Collaborate with other NFDI consortia on grant writing and reporting
- •Coordinate with data stewards, legal experts, and ethics specialists
- •Develop governance structures and regulatory documentation
- •Prepare, negotiate, and execute legal agreements
- •Handle GDPR-related documentation
- •Organize internal communication and events
- •Plan and administer scientific meetings and coordination calls
- •Facilitate communication with national and international partners in English and German
