Anforderungen
- •University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- •At least 5 years of experience as Solution Architect, System Architect, Project Manager, or similar role in substation business
- •Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and codes
- •In-depth understanding of substation system design, from secondary equipment to SCADA and HMI
- •Expertise in substation secondary equipment technologies (e.g., protection relays, power metering)
- •Familiarity with leading market products and solutions (e.g., Siemens SIPROTEC, ABB, Schneider)
- •Experience in project execution or project management of substation solutions
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Fluent in English; German is desirable

- •Design and develop standard solutions for Substation Automation Systems
- •Create project-specific solutions in collaboration with bid management and sales teams

- •Conduct training sessions for internal departments
- •Translate functional requirements into Epics, Features, and high-level acceptance criteria
