Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or computer science related field
- •Profound experience in SAP Service Management, specifically in SAP FI/CO modules
- •Expert in SAP FI/CO module(s)
- •Experience with CRM or BI applications
- •Experience with ancillary systems (FIS, Ariba, Fiori, Paymetrics, Vertex)
- •Excellent team player and communicator
- •Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- •Excellent English language skills in spoken and written form
- •Ability to understand and adapt to various business needs
- •Openness to share knowledge

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide global application support for ERP and ancillary systems
- •Manage ERP and ServiceNow tickets and change requests
- •Plan, implement, budget, and report on minor and emergency changes
- •Track changes and development efforts across various systems
- •Resolve incidents and changes that third-party support cannot address
- •Approve change requests as a Change Manager
- •Ensure change documents are completed and formatted correctly
- •Monitor KPIs within the respective modules
- •Facilitate communication between Key Users and third-party support
- •Moderate SAP Key User meetings for assigned modules
- •Support the creation of SLA reports
- •Take action during escalations of unresolved incidents or changes and inform stakeholders
