**These are your tasks:**
* Responsibility for the management and successful realisation of SAP HCM projects with a focus on time management (PT) and H4S4 implementations
* Project management and coordination of sub-projects
* Advising and supporting our customers in the implementation and customisation of SAP HCM time management solutions in accordance with their specific requirements and business processes
* Ongoing adjustments and additions to time management based on new requirements from collective labour agreements and works agreements
* Technical implementation of customer requirements by means of customising, as well as processing schemas and cycles
* Support in the development of customer-specific extensions and programming
* Conception of interface and integration topics such as subsystem connections and time wage type transfer to payroll accounting
* Analysing and rectifying errors in the area of time management and personnel resource planning
* Assuming responsibility for quality assurance and documentation as part of the implementation and optimisation of SAP HCM solutions.
* Ongoing support for long-standing customers in the areas of time management and personnel resource planning
* Second and third level support as part of our HCM Application Service to provide solutions quickly and efficiently when errors occur
* Planning and organising workshops, training courses and presentations for customers and internal teams.
* Participation in the sales cycle, proposal preparation and customer presentations
* Active collaboration and participation in knowledge exchange in the CNT Competence Teams, including on current topics such as H4S4, hybrid deployments, public and private cloud, Fiori, etc.
* Mentoring and coaching of our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
* Continuous training of hard and soft skills through internal and external training programs
**What you should bring with you:**
* Independent, customer- and solution-orientated work
* Excellent know-how in the SAP HCM module with more than 5 years of experience, especially in the area of time management (PT)
* Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
* High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
* Interest in open and constructive cooperation
* Business fluent in German and English
