# Responsibilities:
* Design and implement complex tax-related data models in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM), SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud, with an initial focus on BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2 Global Minimum Taxation
* Lead the technical implementation of SAP PaPM system solutions, developing comprehensive data models, workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with global financial data sources from ERP and consolidation systems
* Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of tax data analytics and reporting processes, contributing to enhanced efficiency and compliance
* Work closely with international colleagues across the organization to translate complex tax process requirements into robust IT solutions
* Support the development of Corporate IT's data and analytics strategy, contributing to the success of the Freudenberg Group through innovative technological solutions
# Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3-5 years of relevant work in a comparable role within a large multinational group or IT consultancy firm
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP PaPM data model development. Knowledge of PaPM Tax Content (BEPS Pillar 2), with hands-on experience in both Standard and Universal Model
* Strong background in analytics and data modeling; Ideally experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, and SQL scripting
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities in fast-paced, international team environments
* Fluent in English, additional language skills (e.g. German) are an advantage
