Anforderungen
- •Deep expertise in SAP Master Data Management solutions and architecture
- •Strong understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks
- •Solid knowledge of global data protection laws and compliance requirements
- •Experience with data security controls and InfoSec risk management
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms and data platform tools
- •Proficient in data quality tools and metadata management
- •Ability to translate regulatory and security requirements into data governance policies
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- •Experience conducting data compliance risk assessments and audits
- •Leadership skills with experience mentoring cross-functional teams
- •Proven experience working within hybrid cloud/on-premise SAP landscapes
- •Certifications related to data governance, security, or compliance are highly desirable
- •Experience in SAP BDC or large-scale data migration programs is an advantage
- •Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- •Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- •Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- •Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
- •Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- •10+ years in master data management and compliance roles

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the design and implementation of SAP Master Data Management solutions
- •Define and enforce data governance frameworks and policies
- •Ensure consistent data definitions and quality standards
- •Own the data compliance strategy for the SAP BDC initiative
- •Ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other regulations
- •Collaborate with InfoSec and data privacy teams to implement security controls
- •Develop and monitor data access policies and user roles
- •Conduct risk assessments and audits related to data security
- •Identify gaps and recommend remediation plans
- •Partner with data architects to embed compliance in data migration pipelines
- •Drive master data quality management initiatives
- •Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance best practices
- •Lead training programs on data compliance and security policies
- •Facilitate collaboration between IT, business units, and vendors
- •Stay updated on emerging data compliance regulations and MDM innovations
