SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant (all genders) We are seeking a skilled and motivated **SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant** to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing automation journeys using SAP Marketing Cloud. You will play a key role in helping us deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across multiple channels while ensuring seamless integration with our digital ecosystem. * Implementing and optimizing SAP Marketing Cloud solutions to support marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign execution * Develop personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging segmentation models, target groups, and predictive analytics. * Set up and manage campaign automation, content personalization, lead scoring models, and performance tracking. * Supporting clients in improving customer insights, lead management, and campaign execution. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with other systems like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud. * Providing guidance on best practices for digital marketing, customer journey optimization, and ROI measurement. * Offer training and support to internal users and participate in solution documentation and knowledge transfer. * Proven experience as an SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant, including hands-on implementation, configuration, and optimization. * Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and campaign management. * Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud modules, including campaign management, customer insights, lead management. * Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other SAP solutions integration with SAP Marketing Cloud. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. * **Onboarding:** Through personal mentoring and digital onboarding sessions – we ensure your perfect start * **Further Education:** Your development is important to us.
