* Supporting our customers in the introduction or realignment of service
* Project management & lead role in SAP Service and FSM projects
* Pre-sales activities to support sales in winning new projects
* Implementation, optimization and release change projects
* Intensive maintenance of relationships with new and existing customers
* Conducting requirements workshops, Identification of use cases and implementation of customer-specific requirements within the SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP FSM.
