- •Consult on SAP S/4HANA projects focused on SAP CS and S/4HANA Service
- •Support customers in introducing or realigning service processes
- •Lead project management for SAP Service and FSM projects
- •Engage in pre-sales activities to secure new projects
- •Implement and optimize release change projects
- •Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- •Conduct requirements workshops to identify use cases
- •Implement customer-specific requirements within SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP FSM
- •Develop and implement concepts and process models in collaboration with customers
- •Act as an interface between business and IT during implementation projects
- •Mentor young professionals and oversee consultants' technical responsibilities
- •Provide continuous training in hard and soft skills
