Our ultimate goal is to create the best experiences for all our stakeholders, being the external as well as the internal candidates and also our hiring managers and recruiters. **What you’ll do:** Position title: SAP Talent Discovery iXp Intern (f/m/d) Work Area: Human Resources Location: Walldorf Expected start date: August 2025 **In this role, you’ll:** * Support projects that enable our overall global Talent Discovery strategy * Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes * Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and relevance * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics initiatives * Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and consistency * Presentation: Summarize complex data into clear and concise presentations for internal stakeholders * Prepare and lead enablement sessions for our Talent Discovery colleagues * Work with and on new technologies, e.g., chat bot and AI * Work with our recruiting tool and ensuring a seamless global collaboration * Work on our communications that we send out to our different stakeholders, e.g., videos & email communications * Support the team in operational tasks and project work **Who you are:** You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
